You can also find modular homes real estate which are previously owned. This means the previous owner has decided to sell their already constructed modular home. Even if you're not having the home built yourself you can still take advantage of the benefits. For example a previously owned modular home is going to cost less than a comparable previously owned site built home. Also many modular homes these days are being built with environmentally friendly features which many home buyers find appealing.
